Style can be interpreted in many ways and in different cultures it can take on different forms. In this feature on Street Etiquette, Joshua Kisssi & Travis Gumb had an idea of doing a fashion shoot entitled, "The Black Ivy" which centers around the concept of a tribute to the first black colleges that paved the way for generations. To check out this monumental photo tribute click here >> and the video of the shoot here >>
One of my favorite tv shows was CW’s “Girlfriends”, which I not only watched for the content but the fashion as well. I was always checking out what Joan, Tracee Ellis Ross’s character was going to wear episode to episode. Well this lady has a great sense of style anyway, because she has an iconic mother in The Boss, Ms. Diana Ross. So of course, that fashion sense rubbed right off. Well Ms. Tracee has a website that isn’t just a site about herself, it also intertwines Style, Inspriation, Hair&Beauty, and Well-Being as well. I’m excited and click here so you can be to >>

Inspiration comes in different ways and packages and the ladies of the blog Oh So Lovely Vintage are just that! Erin and Stefanie not only began a blog, but had a dream of their own vintage store which they initial began out of a 1956 Travel Trailer. They had bigger dreams than that trailer and they made them come true in the form of their shop, Rhymes With Orange. Goes to show you that small dreams can become reality if you just keep it alive! Click here for the story of the launch party for their new kids section in the store >>

Don’t get used to seeing food recipes on my Freedom Friday posts, but I’ve just seen some great stuff on occasion and here is one of them from Real Simple. Very simple and something that you can make an abundance of if need be. We are upon the holidays my dears, and of course we tend to eat more during these months. We also tend to have more gatherings as well, so we need fast and easy recipes to fix. So here is an appetizer recipe I’m going to share with you, click here >>
Be Blessed!
